Engine carbon clean

Anyone had anything similar done or know how effective it is?
Fairly local to me so was thinking of giving it a go.

Had a Terraclean done a few weeks back. Good service but havent been able to feel the full benefit due to DPF issues. Not sure if anyone with a petrol has had it done though.

Is this the same thing as the terra clean then? Just different branding?
