Any success selling any of these?

Well just a quick question... I have a Ross Tech micro can cable (mk2 and above) from the late Shirley with an Eee netbook with xp on with the Ross tech software installed etc...

I was wondering if people actually sell these on successfully or is it worth eBaying? The cable cost in the £200 I think from a reseller in the UK and I'm guessing the laptop is worth about £80 - £100...

Any ideas?
