Assuming that you are talking of the LCR that you have in your profile, 10Nm. Use a new gasket as well.

I cleaned up my Rocker manifold weekend just gone its 10nm also change your rocker gasket at the same time

So far have replaced intake manifold gasket (with phenolic one), rocker cover gasket, fuel injector o-rings.

My torque wrenches dont go low enough for 19nm or 8 ftlb's so have had to guess settings (not desirable but needs must).

Am now fighting with broken dipstick tube and inlet manifold stabilizer bar (doesn't fit after fitting phenolic gasket).

This bloody car better make eleventy million horsepowers after all this !!!

Have fixed dipstick (on the car ...not me , but I am one as well).....with some silicone hose.

Basically the top of the tube that goes into the engine has broken off just above the o-ring:cry:
