Heard people saying you need to take the undertray off?? Forgot to mention it has the BTCC kit fitted.
Got my EWL cleared as the car doesn't like Tesco momentum despite it running absolutely fine. Lesson learn't.
You got a warning light from Tesco fuel? Do you know why if I may ask?
I don't really 'know' for certain but the light (orange engine symbol) only came on since putting Momentum fuel in the car. The Independents fault code reader said something like P-0441 or P-0440 IIRC, emission control.

The light hasn't come back on, but after reading that it may have something to do with the cambelt change it recently had, could it of been disturbed during the change?
Ordered a few bits to make a full Vent-To-Atmoshpere breather setup for the Leon, rather than the catch can setup or original PCV i've had, as both still run back in to the intake. Won't be as pretty as the R-Tech developed kit but cost me next to nothing in comparison. Just hope it does the job
I had that fault code on my Cupra last year, its the EVAP system. Firstly i changed the EVAP valve (cant quite remember the valve number) which was the cheapest fix but wasnt successful so changed the charcoal canister and that sorted the problem. The valve was around £25 and the canister around £85 iirc. Dave from SERE sorted me out.
Is this similar to what i was talking about in that other thread a while ago?
whats this rtech kit you speak of?
Can not remember what we discussed to be honest

Better designed PCV blank, a turbo blank, inlet manifold blank and a few feet of pipe to vent to atmosphere.
my setup will re-use the 42DD catch can plate, blank up the ports not needed, then vent the cam and crank to atmos

I would have bought one too had I not already had so many PCV and catch can related parts lying around going to waste.Cool thanks for that id have never known the kit had been produced im well happy with that have just phoned to order one so should recieve my kit soon.
My idea was a little different but not by much not bothered now as i think that kit is going to fly off the shelfs and every other company will be following suit with the design soon im sure.
What happens to the front mounted diverter valve on the K04 cars? Be interested to see this fitted
