Clutch Help please

Hello folks, I'm a newbie to this so please bare with me with these questions. So basically I have a mk2 cupra which I believe the clutch is on its way out. I get a slight thump noise when I take it out of gear and also it crunches into 3rd when changing quickly from 2nd to 3rd. The clutch also sometime sticks half way when I let go from changing gear and won't release all the way up.

So what I want to know is, if I change the clutch would I need to change flywheel aswell? And if anything else with it.
Car has had stage one map too just to put that out there too.

If you have had a remap I would suggest an uprated clutch kit. DMF, Concentric Slave Cylinder, clutch plate and Pressure Plate. Don't forget all the bolts for the flywheel and pressure plate. They either come separately or together if a complete kit is bought.

My mechanics used old bolts from OEM clutch, isnt worth?
