Running lumpy when on high idle at cold start

Mine drives like a bag of spanners when it's cold but 2-5 minutes in and it's perfect again not sure what it is but I was sure I read somewhere it's just how the 1.8t is... although I'm not sure what engine you have so I dunno hahaa

Never had a problem with mine, in the cold or hot

Mine does the same when on cold start. Suppose to leave it till the revs settle then take off. (Not literally)

Changed the coils and plugs and running alot better until my fuel pump gave way but put one in and she's running sweet even when cold
