Hi all

Been a while since I posted

Bought an LCR as a track/project a few months back

Its an AMK engine....

Prior to having some work done it was overboosting to around 20psi and holding 17-18psi

The work its had done since are:

Hybrid K04 turbo with billet comp wheel
New AGU head fitted
Fully serviced
N249 delete
Bigger TIP
Jetex Cone Filter
Full 3" custom decat exhaust system
TFSI coilpacks
Boost and oil pressure gauges
550cc injectors
Wellycooler
New remap done

The issue now is that even now all of the work has been done, the map is good for 24psi yet the car will only boost the same as it did before

I've swapped the N75 and it makes no difference, the actuator has been adjusted and it makes no difference to how it boosts

The car has a forge recirc on and before it had all the work done you used to hear the 'tttsshhhh' noise quite loud however you hardly hear anything at all now

Boost leaks have been checked and there aren't any

I'm thinking its going to be vacuum related but really need some ideas on where to go with it

I'm reluctant to put any more £££ into it until I can get it boosting properly

Please helpppppppp

Yes it has a new map for the injectors and turbo etc and i know 100% thats spot on and this isn't a mapping issue

Haven't a clue mate, however the recirc looks like a sealed unit so was thinking of going back to a standard 710p and seeing what happens?

What was it running immediately after mapping?
mapped by who?

If actuator has gone soft then your boost will have dropped
