What degree sparkplugs are you running? I'm having some misfires at higher rev under WOT but that is on the 98 map. Will be trying out the 95 map to see if I'm having the same issues. Have been told that it also could be caused by the return valve, I'm using the RS4 valve at this stage.

Tbh buddy, I'd look at updating the FPRV, at a minimum I'd be looking at running the 155bar version. Do you think these misfires could be being caused by fuel cuts at the top end?

Your are correct , the FPRV would need to be upgraded along the road to get the full potential of the turbo. I know APR has a ~165bar version for the Stage 3 kit that can be purchased as spare but more the 200€ for it.

I'm running the APR LPFP system and IE LPFP internals, will be logging this week to see how the fueling is. The misfires could very well be caused due to the fuel valve. But I have been told that custom tunes are running with similar HW set up as mine and RS4 fuel valve without the misfires.

Will test the 95 map to see how it acts, in the end we need to keep in mind that the APR map never was build for this turbo so issues can be expected.

Did you get the APR 3.4 map altered/customized to suite the fueling needs?
Will the APR 3.4 map fuel cut when running on the 95 map also?

What fuel return valve are you running, APR's?

Hope you get to the bottom of this my friend. I'm personally running a TTRS lpfp and the 155bar fprv with no misfires/fuel cut issues.

It'll all be worth it in the end!

I'm confident I'll solve the misfires. Are you running the APR map, 95 or 98 file?

Misfire issue resolved =) . Fitted BKR7EIX instead of BKR8EIX and my issue is gone. The BKR8EIX where new so either they where faulty or my WMI is doing to good of a job keeping the engine cold.

Running on APR 98 map seems to work for me, did 100-200kmh in 8.2s. Outside ambient temperature 14,5C . With some better shifting I'll get below 8.0s.

Dyno before and after TTE420, 47hp and 61Nm increase =)
Difference between the dyno sessions are TTE420, APR LPFP system, 165bar FPRV and new spark plugs.
Both dyno sessions where made with the 98 APR map file, 98 RON fuel and WMI.

So, the car has been in with the guys at R TECH having the map tweaked after the exhaust being changed.

Cannot wait to get her back, planning Snetterton 300 on September the 17th, should be a good shakedown.

This the one posted up recently? Turned back to 420hp for what should be a safe setup with less than 1.6bar of boost and some clever mapping to make the power usable? Niki certainly seemed impressed with it! Will be awesome on track i'm sure
