After market exhaust & middle silencer removal??

Hi

Just wondering when other peeps have changed their LC exhaust for an aftermarket one did they keep the middle silencer or just go straight through so from the cat back?

If you got rid of the middle silencer did this effect the cars performance at all due to less pressure build up or is the middle silencer just to quite down the exhaust?

Also herd this is not an issues on turbo cars???

LCR turbo back exhaust with only a back box. No cat or middle silencer.

Turbo cars benefit from no back pressure at all. Had a straight pipe on my LCR for a small while but Im going back to a cobra turbo back exhaust . One back box is perfect.

I got a quote to cut out my mid box on my lcr and put in a stainless piece for £100 dunno whether to do it or not as I don't know how loud it will be
