A guy on one of the facebook sites got his number and made contact

That was me and the number I was given was for a totally different company and the correct company appears to have folded.

However, I have made arrangements to "borrow" an original Hughes Engineering Rear Brace on a short term basis so that I can get a local Rally Fabrication Specialist to have a look at it with a view to manufacturing something very similar.

I'm aware that there are various new models of rear brace that have become available recently however I prefer this original design.

If anyone on here's interested, I'm happy to update on here in the next month or so.

I too, like the original design of Hughes Engineering one and wouldn't mind having one made up too! Just dropped my Leon on some coil'es to in need of one if you could, let me know how you get on, cheers.
