Dewiper-ing shouldn't be an issue, just get a black rubber grommet off fleabay to go in the hole. Ive done it on most of my past cars without any issues. Just make sure the grommet is a really snug fit.

I'd imagine it is just a case of removing the boot lid trim and disconnecting and removing the wiper motor. Then you will need to block the tube that supplies the washer fluid. Used a golf tee in the past, but it is up to you how you do it.

Shouldn't cost to much to get a badge sprayed black, find out when they are spraying another car in black and get them to do it then if you are friendly with the sprayer. Wont have to buy extra paint then.

For the badge, PlastiDip. Got it on my wing mirrors, take a look at my Readers Ride thread if you like, no need for primer or laquere just another can of glossiffier if you don't want it the standard Matte black colour and prefer a gloss black. Holding up really well for me and really easy to do especially considerin I have no experience in spray painting and if you don't like it or mess up you just peel if off and start again, no consequences!

There's a de-wipering kit on Facebook, it's £10 . It looks better than a rubber bung , it's flush and glass looking from what in seen
