RAC (Varta) Battery

I think I need a new battery for my 05 LCR - car starting (just) but then the alarm goes off.

RAC do patrol fitting batteries on the same day so was looking into this. They do a Premium battery made by Varta for £90. - Is this a good deal?

I also wanted to check the specs:-

They also do a more expensive battery for £110, with more start up power.

However the dimensions are different! Which one will fit?

Dimensions I have are 242mm(l) x 175mm(w) x 190mm(h)

Also seems a tad too expensive.

Tayna do an Exide EK600 for 83 quid or an Enduroline for 54 quid (for example)

Euro car parts are normally cheap for batterys. Depends if you want someone to fit it as well.

I managed to get the "RAC003" Varta battery for £53 delivered. Will attempt to fit it tomorrow!

ECP are usually good, got one from them a couple of years ago.

got one for the beamer today for £150 and thats by far the cheapest i can find
