Hi there I'm new to this group and new to the seat cars, a week ago I trade in my old golf v5 for a 59 plate Leon fr 170 TDI, first impressions are great car, looks good, drives good and the pulling power is amazing the only problem I'm having is linking my phone for hands free, the ad for the car said it had Bluetooth phone and its got the controls on the steering wheel and the MFD on left side of rev counter and speedo but no matter what I do my phone will not find anything to do with seat when I search for devices, could it be that i simply dont have bluetooth option? I have a galaxy s3 mini. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

A couple of times my phone has found a load of numbers and letters(Bit like a Bluetooth code) but phone couldn't communicate with it, can't seem to find anything now though. Could it be that Bluetooth is an Optional extra and not fitted as standard?

From switching ignition on you have 30 secs to search for cars Bluetooth If it has it . Bear that in mind when trying to pair and recycle ignition if necessary

Cheers guys but its not looking like its got Bluetooth,I can't find anything under drivers seat so unless its built into stereo(which I doubt cos its the one with the red/orange kind of display with a big volume button to the right, does anyone know how easy it would be to add Bluetooth and what I would need?
