Not exactly the ideal forum to ask about towbars but, i need a towbar and im wondering if towbars labled for a golf or any other models would fit my mk1 leon?

Yes mate they share the same bar. I got one for my FR which was not listed and just needed an extra bit of bumper cutting. It was the same bar as as the Golf. Google PF Jones towbars they will have one listed.
