I renewed her insurance after my renewal arrived, a quick try on the Compare the Market site proved Esure was the cheapest, but my Esure renewal was over £32 cheaper than CP the M price. So £230 including the legal not bad for having 3 points and an artic sideswiping me on round a bout a couple of years back.

Would like to do this but £25 for two bits of plastic.....Seat are having a laugh!

You've right

I paid 25 euros for this covers, I ordered two of them to an Ebay German Seller

I agree that two bits of plastic is not big deal, but here in México this model is not available from Seat, so the feeling of been unique to the rest of Mexican Cupra owners is my entire satisfaction

Washed it. Vac'd it. Put new mats in that I bought off ebay. Bit of dash and sill cleaning done.

Got a renewal quote for both cars. £372 fc.

Will put the pedal covers and air filter in this afternoon.

Booked my recently-acquired, 64-reg, 150 Fr diesel in for paint detail (it's been given an awful machine polish by the dealer, only visible under halogens and looks horrible) and getting the calipers painted red at the same time.
Also started investigating sound deadening and cure for creaky doors. Also wondering about getting speakers replaced at the same time, as I think the standard stereo's a bit pants compared to my previous cars. Muddy bass and harsh treble. Yeah, I know - should have held out for Seat Sound option, but I didn't think it was an issue as most people on here seem to think the stand set-up is OK. That said, really enjoying the go, handling and comfort. The Leon's a great drive. Even got indicated 54 mpg average for the trip home (still some way off the PB of 73mpg from a VW CC BMT!).

Washed polished and waxed (the car!), and removed the remaining sodding wheel nut covers before any more had a chance to leap off. I quite like the look without the covers on.

Got 2 new Michelin PSS fitted to replace the Cup2's I had were 1) about dead and 2) had a huge arse nail in them :(

Prob stick on the car in a few weeks time and get off the horrid winter wheels.

Cup2's all round were fun, but a bit too extreme for the weather we have here for a daily driver imho.

Lane change indicator flashes changed to 5 flashes
the yellow indicator light on the mode button turned off

Needle sweep active

Got a set of wipers and fitted them.

I want to do item 5. I found that 5 flashes was too much. 4 flashes was just right

I'm afraid I don't know the coding as it was a friend who did it for me.

I've found the same sometimes 5 can be a bit too much but it's better than just the 3.

I found a site that has a lot of the stuff's coding when I searched on Google. (vcdscoding.com)

No, item 4 is the yellow mode light. Could you ask your friend please?

Regarding the indicator, I found 3 too short & 5 too long so eventually settled for 4!
