help with diy shirt shift...?

Hey guys. I've read all the threads I can about making the diy short shift. I have all the parts needed and a spare linkage. However I can't find the links to resetting the cable as everyone I've tried says it no longer exists? Can anybody help me on this one? Cheers Scott.

I think you just pull the clips down clip them in and push a pin on the side of the gearbox, I'll see if I have a link

Think this is it mate let me know, also let me no how you manage to diy the short shifter, it's for a 5 speed but think he talks about 6 speed at the end

Cheers for that. Finally found the guide but I've now snapped the plastic bit that goes onto the cable and pin on the selector... doh

Gunnar have to replace it for a new one but can't find them for sale anywhere maybe a scrappy will have to do for the minute lol

Scrapies is the bomb I just got a full fog light as mines fecked the other day thought it was the bulb but volt meter said no lol
