Leon FR TDI MK2 New lock and cable for front passenger

Has anyone had to have the above work undertaken to cure the door from not opening from the outside?

Also how much for the new cable and lock + labour

Fixed the same issue on the passenger rear door with my mate last year, took us about 40 minutes
