Seen that a few times, think it is quite funny, the guy obviously doesnt take himself too seriously

A bit like Steve Parrish who used to race trucks, he had PEN 15 I think for his plate!

Anything with a prefix date letter, unless it's something like KINGS or SINGH or similar
Nothing where the owner at say a car show needs to spend 5 minutes explaining what his/her plate is ment to say
Any number plate that needs the entire stock of Halfords number plate screw caps in a vain atemped to make their £299 number plate -that they RENT from the dvla- spell their name
