Rear bumper damage

What do you reckon? Filler and respray or new bumper. Will be getting some quotes in first thing Monday. I know it could be worse but I'm so disappointed.

Do that yourself I would, not exactly end of the world job there. Just take your time and you'd save yourself a couple £100.

Fill, and spray! (obviously there's a lot more in between with sanding and going through the grits etc. :p)

Heat it up first with a hairdryer until the plastic is soft enough, then get something behind it (if you use your hand, put gloves on or you'll burn yourself) and push it out till it's almost back in shape.

Less filler (MUCH less) and a tidier job completely
