Quick update to keep you all up to date...

Got some 6000k HIDs for my High Beam, here's my Dipped Beam:

I bought some plate surrounds:

Changing the small plates that came with the car for some pressed plates:

One of the door pins had snapped so I bought a new pair which I'll be spraying the same colour as my handle surrounds:

Now, I'm thinking about buying one of these:

Looking to make my Recert Valve less subtle, will this help? It's £110, don't want to waste my money if it won't work!

So it's been a while!

Just thought I would post up what has been happening since!

Removed all the Pillars and sent them a away to get flocked...

The brakes were pretty bad! Like, really bad! The backs of the rear brake discs were corroding, The front discs were warped. So I changed the discs and pads all round for EBC Red Stuff Pads and MTec Drilled/Grooved/Vented 280mm Discs.

I replaced the Torqx Bolts in the grill because some were missing and some were rusted!

I started looking for some tinted rear lights, but they were all arounf £25-£30. So, I went out and bought some tinting spray for £5. After looking up regulations on tinted rear lights, I was ready to give it a blast!

Don't think I did too bad a job! Didn't want to go too dark!

I put on some Team Heko Wind Deflectors.

I'm still looking for some decent alloys to put on that will cover the Tarox calipers!

I bought a polished Inlet Manifold...

I spray painted the Upper Front Strut Brace and the Power Steering Cap. Polished the Intercooler Pipes and went crazy cleaning and polishing the engine bay because it's on the ECM Stand at Pickering Show next week.

Engine Bay when I bought it:

Looks sweet pal, very rare these days

Cheers, mate! I've been trying really hard to look after it and make it an absolute minter!

Plans for the near future are to turn the turbo boost up, Stage 3 Remap, TFSI Coilpacks, a good service and some nice white alloys!

It's been a while!

My insurance is due next week, I've been dreading it but my renewal is £350 so I'm happy with that.

Turns out the tracking was out on the Cupra, the front 2 tyres were shot through and one on the back was below legal tread so I went to get that sorted! Four Wheel Alignment and x4 Hankook tyres. It has had an Oil & Filter change with an engine flush and Redex Injector Cleaner.

Since October I've been running it on Shell V-Power, WOW. What. A. Difference! I thought it was fast before but what a beast it is now! It's pulling power is incredible!

I have just bought a Cold Side Conversion, I'll get that fitted as soon as its here.
Also bought a Rocker Cover so I can paint it black and swap it for the one that's on now because the one that's on now is letting my engine down!

Going to invest in some TFSI Coil Packs as well and I'll give it a good scrub up and put more pictures up!
