Vented rear discs

Hi stupid question time are rear caliper carriers on LCR handed, want to put bigger discs on rear on my LC to fill space, spoke to local factor and they say the red ones are but the normal one aren't?? they are special order so cannot be returned if wrong??
any help much appreciated!!

Hi mate, the carriers are NOT handed but the calipers are

this is what ive found ?? shows different part numbers for left / right

Because they are handed.. To keep the brake lines and bleed nipples at the top and the handbrake cables at the bottom.. The calipers are indeed left and right

Looked at mine and they both look identical - the carriers that is

Apologies, misunderstood this question! Unsure whether vag just have to list separate part numbers for each side for a componant like that, or whether they're actually different..
