VCDS - 2016 Model

Hi - probably has been covered so my apologies - wanting to get a VCDS disc and cable for my 2016 Leon (basically want the speedo lights on constantly.......for now) what release/version will work on a 2016 model - or will they all work? can anyone point me in the direction of where they purchased their disk (not wanting the £300+ version)
