Hmm thats hard to believe in this day and age..i wonder have many other owners experienced something similar..?
Seat have to cut cost somewhere and it seems that the quality of the engine calibration is one of them. I imagine they have used a base calibration from another variant that uses the same engine and not spent too much time setting it up for the dynamics of the Leon. There are lots of holes in the calibration that i have spotted, a few below
Torque matching in normal mode vs regen mode is poor.
Regen frequency is high, suggesting a poor combustion system and thrifting of the DPF size
Engine NVH cal is poor, noticeable step change in engine noise at 3500rpm full pedal.
Torque back out behavior when tipping out whilst going downhill
And it's not just my car, I've had a few loaner 184's whilst mine has been in for service/warranty and they all do it.
