As most of us know, those are just the differences on paper. How the car is to drive and how it makes you feel are where the bigger differences lie. Don't get me wrong though, the FR I had was a very good car!

Just answering the original posters question, unlike the rest of the bs on here lol. If he wants to know how they "feel" then take them for a back to back test drive.

Yeah then we can start having meets and resume the **** measuring

Well that won't work, all leon owners are hung like a small horse, if they weren't they would feel the need to buy a VW to make up for their short fall ;) :D

Am I misunderstanding this list as I have a lot of those things on my FR i.e LED drl, full LEDs, DAB, ipod connection, SD cards slots, auto dimming rear view mirror and several more. So these are not all just on the Cupra???

They're standard on the cupra, options on the FR, that was the point being made

Yeah most FRs I saw when hunting did come with a fair amount of kit

Seat U.K. Where doing a promotion for some time where ALL new Leon's came with the tech pack which included LED lights, DAB and Nav. It was on the back of most magazines. Hence I rarely see Leon's without LEDs in the UK.

Does the Cupra DSG fart all the time? or only in cupra mode? ... I was watching some vids and honestly it gets on my nerves very quickly

The fart happens when the DSG is in sport mode under hard acceleration. It’s not dependable on the drive profile as you can put the DSG back to normal mode even when the drive profile is in Cupra mode.

ok I so if just cruising in town it won't wake up the whole neighbourhood

- one of my other friends bought an FR ST this summer. I like it and it's a nice car. I know he likes it. He does however not love it or love driving it. At least I have not heard him once talk about how much he loves to drive it or of just driving around for the sake of it.

- I have a Cupra now and for the first time since the AMG I find myself driving detours on my way home in the evening, and grabbing the keys at odd times of the day for no other reason than driving. I love that car. Why? I can't fully explain it - I could go into a lot of details but individually they just do not add up to why: it just makes me smile.

I second this, never took out my FR just to have a fun drive, back in the days when I had my Toyota T-Sport I found myself just driving, just to enjoy VTEC kicking in ... spend time in lift mode :)

For this reason I ordered a Cupra :)
FR is nice, but does not tick all the boxes if u a petrol head.
