Adaptive Cruise Control has a Radar Sensor in the front grille which detects when you are close to a car, or obstacle in front and will either brake the car or bring it to a full stop. It cannot be re-tro fitted unless you want to spend a lot of money. Not worth it, specify it when ordering the car. ACC has to communicate with the braking system and TCS. SEAT do not actually wire the loom to take this option on as a dealer option. Lane assist, and ACC, which I have on my
CUPRA 290, is an option, under the options pack. Lane assist may be on your car, go to the car options and safety systems on the small screen on the dashboard. Lane assist is very weird, takes you from lanes, white lines, back to centre, when you start to drift.
