My Leon should be with me in mid-May (woohoo) and I want to hardwire a Dashcam.

Those of you with the facelift, will this pose a problem or is the fuse box etc in a good place?

Thanks

Yes.. But personally I will be installing my own when the time comes as I want it installed with some thought rather than just slapped in :)

Can't see fuse box moving between face-lifts. I installed one in my 280. Easy enough for someone like me who has sausage fingers and ham fists ;)

Just did this the other day, using the 20a fuse that's the lowest on the board.
I found it tricky getting to the torque screw that's earthed, pretty fiddly.

Got mine (DRV-410) fitted by snows and they did a great job. And because they removed all the panels the warranty for the inevitable rattles is not effected.

I quite like the look of these small discrete ones, was thinking of getting 2xviofo a119s for front and back then doing a hardwire using magic pro but the DRV410 looks just as good.

Dudders do you know battery drains like on this and is yours via powermagic or direct wire?
