Loud buzzing noise in CUPRA mode

Hi guys i get a loud buzzing noise coming from the interior of my Cupra 290 typically above 5k RPM when in Cupra mode. I have taken it to the dealers twice and they state they have fixed the issue but clearly they haven't as the noise is still there

I have seen a previous thread on this and people were getting it at much lower RPM and the noise was coming from the rear view mirror housing.

I have checked my rear view mirror and i am not 100% sure it is coming from there

Has anyone else had this problem at higher RPM?

Isn't this that sound actuator thing that sits in the windscreen scuttle somewhere that produces a 'fake' sound to make the car sound more meaty?

There's plenty of threads about that I know it mentions low revs but I'd defo see if it's there and unplug it to rule it out.

the actuator thing is enabled in sport mode too (just not as loud). should only really hear it when accelerating relatively hard.
it should sound just like an amplified engine noise though, so if it sounds like a buzzing noise it might be that the actuator is knackered.
