I am having some problems with installing forge splitter valve.

If the car would be stock easy job, but its not and not made by me.
And I cannot figure out what goes where.

Looks like the DV hasn't been installed because the intercooler piping over the rocker cover has no ports for it to route to. The white bung next to the hockey puck is where it should be.

I'm not too sure myself. Most likely limited to a certain boost pressure. How does it feel to drive?
Boosts to 1.5 bar drives nicely.

Where vaccuum little hose should go?

The ones in the bottom picture? They're from your N249 which has probably been removed.
Okay good to know.
Should I plug them shut?

But I meant from the BOV little hose that goes from the top somewhere.

Like on my friends Gti

Still learning about 1.8t engines, I know almost everything about BMW V8's, but VAG is new to me.

Yes block off those two pipes.
Main question I have is the 1.6bar? How the hell? Can you speak to the last owner? You really need to find out what he has done to it as you may mess it right up adding it.
Bay is really in need of a clean. All that dust under there

The first owner who bought the car have made all the modifying, years ago.
No idea who he is, and where he lives.
I talked to the previous owner who was VAG enthusiast, and he bought this car to fix it, but instead bought totalled S3 and now fixing it.

The car have bigger turbo, bigger injectors and thats why 1.5 - 1.6 bar

That's what I thought. Do you know what turbo it is? What make it is

I tried to take it off with the manifold, but failed. My nerves didnt take it. ;D

Manifold says SPA-Turbo (Made in Brazil)

The owner who installed turbo didnt do a good job.

Turbo holds on 3 bolts, downpipe holds on 2 bolts to the turbo.

2 nuts cannot be put, because there is just no space to put the nut on -.-

Thats why I tried to take it off, maybe when I get "vacation" to work on the car, if my wife accept that :D

As I am always at the garage, either trying to fix my Seat, or with my BMW E38

So now you need to stop and get a guy to have a look or look yourself. She's not got a standard turbo fitted so dv may have been deleted Why are you trying to fit it? Is there an issue now with it? If not put it back the way it was and wait till you have time to get her in the air to look
