Not for me. When I attempt to install it says "No valid devices" for me due to the device's country.
Note ; the version is June 30, 2017 so any alterations would be service-side (e.g. controlled by SEAT). If anyone wants to try this by sideloading the APKs linked earlier in this thread, you'll need to enable Developer Mode in Android Auto (see Step 1 *only* at https://developer.android.com/training/auto/testing/index.html#phone) and then tick "Unknown Sources" in Developer Settings.
