Clunk

Hi under heavy breaking and heavy acceleration there is a loud clunk from the front its the only time it happens I replaced drop links and checked all bushes they are fine what could it be ?

Is yours a cupra r? Had same symptom on mine few years ago and turns out to be loose brake pads shifting in the calipers. Common issue with no real solution although have heard of bending the pins to keep them in place or copper grease to stop the clunk...

I guess any engine/drivetrain bushing could be a source. I vaguely remember issues with transmission mounts too although I could be mistaken.

Well I have got the car up on jack will check ball joints again but use a crow bar this time

Front wishbones, rear bush.
I have been under need new ball joints and all new bushes as they all look old and are starting to crack so would it work out cheaper to buy 2 wish bones with all bushes on or leave it and buy separate and put them in with a press
