Hi All,

Can you confirmed roughly what you guys pay. I am looking at insuring my LCR 210 2002 and doing a turbo back system, induction kit and Stage 1 AMD remap. I want to declare all mod incase of an accident.

Who you insure with and what prices did you pay with what mods declared?

Thanks in advcance

Tony

Lots of variants there buddy.
Age, no claims, postcode and crime rate etc etc.
Try Adrian flux as above.
I use Green Light been pretty good over the years.
Thee are a few others. Just keep away from high street mobs.

I had a bit of trouble finding insurance earlier in the year, but it was the comparison site which were stinging me, even deemed uninsurable by the current company at the time. Tried independent avenues & it was much more sensible with mods, no convictions etc. With Sheila's wheels now, but not sure if men can use them?

I keep finding my modified policy with Adrian Flux is cheaper than the quotes I get through comparison sites on a standard Leon with other wise same circumstances.... Perks of getting old I guess

they always will be, the ''mainstream'' insurance company's just take the opportunity to fleece anyone with a performance car.

eventhough the underwriters, are probably all the same insurance company.
