MK5 Xenon Projector vibration/shaking

Hi, I have a mk5 facelift fr with xenon headlights and I've been noticing that it shakes constantly.

When the car is stationary I can see the light beam vibrating slightly.

I opened the rear cover and I tried moving the bulb which is locked on the projector itself and I could move it around as if it was loose with a lot of play.

I don't know if that's normal in the Ibiza's but not on the megane 2 with xenon atleast. I recently replaced the bulbs on my megane and I did the same thing, tried moving around the projector and it didn't budge.

Could this have happened because of my shi**y coilovers which are very stiff that made the projectors come more and more loose ?

I will make a video tomorrow.

I am curious as well, I only have the problem on left bulb.

Its the plastic clips just become loose. Have to remove the unit and heat the clips to re-position them to hold the unit closer.

Easier option: just mount foam either side, that'll cure the problem

Ok so I checked and mine does same thing, I’ll try to heat plastic to make it closer and see how it works !

I don't quite understand what you mean ? What plastic clips are you talking about ? If I mount foam do I still need to remove the headlight ?
