I also have Philips LED H7 lights and they are quite pure white bright. Bought them 3 years from now and still ok. Mine were one of the first released without fan but with ballast (very tiny - like a box of matches) but nowadays they have internal digital ballast so you only have to plug and play.

Yes it is but i have got to say i only drive at night 16 minutes a data
