If you read the first post of this thread you'll see that UK ordering of manual transmission closed on 7th April.
Yes. I know. But I just wanted to make clear that the manual transmission will not be available anymore because of your next message in this thread. Anyway. As far as I know the FWD version will be 290 PS and AWD stay on 300 PS. Both with GPF.
I very much doubt the 1.5 TSI EVO 150 or the 2.0 TSI 300 are being dropped permanently, they just don't have many of the current/non-WLTP versions left so need to stop taking orders until production of the WLTP-compliant versions start in September.

So glad that I got a 2018 build Cupra SC with manual box and digital dash. Probably one of the last of its type. When my lease ends I'll certainly consider buying it as by that time I don't think there will be any 3 door hot hatches available new in the Leon size. Its a real shame as I remember
when the hot versions were 3 door only for most makes and I still think they look better/sportier.

Is there any news on MY19 changes yet? I’m 4 weeks since my order was placed and not heard anything from dealers not that I’m expecting anything yet but given wait times I’m not expecting it to arrive until October.

I've enquired at both dealership and Seat Customer services level and have been told by both that they have yet to receive any announcements on MY19 changes (other than it was no longer week 22)

The only thing to be announced so far is that every colour will be free/included in the OTR price (like Arona is now) and that every car will be getting a price increase accordingly...

As-and-when more information is announced I am sure some friendly SEAT dealership staff member will post it

Attached is the full list (effective 8th June) of engines/derivatives discontinued from the range, and those that will be reintroduced for MY19.

Interesting to note that 2.0 TSI 300 manual has been discontinued completely on CUPRA, and that the 1.8 TSI 180 manual in Leon is being replaced with a 2.0 TSI 190 DSG-auto. I'm wondering if this is a typo, or if there really will be a 1.8 TSI 180 DSG-auto and a 2.0 TSI 190 DSG-auto?

They have also confirmed that ordering of the 1.5 TSI EVO 150 engine in Ibiza and Ateca will re-open, but not until "late 2018"

Oh so the 1.5 TSI EVO 150 engine will be coming to the Ateca then.

I currently have a 1.4 Ateca on order and have been told delivery will be late November time, so maybe built in October ish. I wonder if they will still continue to fit the 1.4 engine once the factory starts building the Ateca with the 1.5 engine.

No, the 1.5 will just replace the 1.4 when supply of the latter runs out. Someone somewhere will be the first person to be surprised that they ordered a 1.4 but got a 1.5...

Strange how I can no longer configure an ST 300 4Drive on the configurator? Only showing manual with no 4Drive or DSG option.
Ordering of current CUPRA in all variants closes today, so I would imagine the configurator is in the process of being updated...

Ordering of DSG-auto will re-open once MY19 is announced during Q3.
