ST Towbar

Hello, I’m looking to get a tourer caravan and was wondering which detachable tow bars everyone is using?

Also pictures would be great

I've got the SEAT accessory one on an FR. It looks clunky fitted but is best option when off.

The cover for a non-FR is less obtrusive and the cut out is smaller.

Mine has a different rear bumper to that which looks like it has a recess in it. I’m just not sure what to go for?

Was yours fitted new or has it been done afterwards?

I've got a Witter detachable on my ST FR. Bumper cut is underneath so invisible unless you lie on the ground!
There were photos on the previous version of the forum, don't know if they can still be accessed?

Sorry this is the first notification that you had replied, I wasn’t being ignorant.

I see you are quite local, I’m in Gateshead. Where did you get yours fitted?

No problem, was just feeling grumpy last night!
Had it fitted at Hedleys in Durham, very convenient for you. They did a first class job and were very accommodating. I asked them to make the bumper cut as small as possible and they did.
I am staying at the Caravan Club site in Durham the weekend after this one, if you want to come and take a look you are welcome, just send me a PM and I’ll give you my mobile number.
