Seat Alhambra 20VT 2001
Ona long journey, got stuck in traffic queue, oil warning lamp blinked with beeps could stop solid 2 lanes no pull off, kept going slowly light coming & going engine was fine stopped at services oil a bit low on dip stick. I topped up ran engine no obvious noises engine fine. Continued journey 80+ miles more light flashing beeps occasionally, but running fine. Got RAC to check, very deep scan only problems DTC's 17852 EGR valve, 16500 coolant temp circuit range/performance problem. Engine running fine.Codes deleted.
Next had to travel initially no light but came on when slowing down after longer fast run. Seems to be a temperature 'thing' (gauge temp 90 degs no higher) 500 mile on no problem apart from light. Problem now to track down the sensor causing the 'lamp signal' any ideas?
