Door rattles

This morning I’ve noticed that the speakers are really making my doors rattle, and the volume is barely a quarter of the way up, no bass-heavy songs either, not sure why it’s so bad today in particular. Is there anyway to stop this at all or is this just one of the things that makes SEAT what it is? ‍

Probably the cold! (assuming you're in the UK). It might be worth waiting for everything to defrost before jumping to conclusions - sometimes the ice can make some very odd noises.

Hmm odd, this was during my 45 minute round trip and I’m fairly sure the car has defrosted fully and I had the music playing the whole time as per usual and even when I parked the car when I got home the rattles were horrendous, not sure if I take it back to a SEAT garage they’ll be able to do anything though, but it’s definitely become worse

If the car is within warranty, this is a well known issue (rattling of trim), dealer should offer a fix....usually along the lines of taking your door trim off, putting some expanding foam things in, and rattles gone! and music sounds even better as speaker is properly damped (as in secure and tight, not wet).

At least this was my experience with my previous Leon, had rattles in the door trim, once that was fixed, realised there was another in the A pillar, then there was one in or near the instrument panel area...

Nope nothing in the door pockets, will have to get it sorted though

I've developed a similar issue in my MK3. I tend to pull the door pockets slightly which fixes it temporarily.
