Lowering at last.......i think :s

Right have taken a power buy and am really going to buy a set of lowering springs for my ibiza, it will make it stand out and look far better instead of having to pay for the likes of skirts and spoilers which then goes on to painting costs and fitting costs.

I really want to know what to lower the car by, I know the SC sport is already lowered my about 18mm i think :s

Can anyone provide me with a few pictures of different lower's :D would really like to see what they are like ranging from 30mm on----

I dont know if I want to go made a lower it all the way as the SC Sport already comes with tough suspension (basically another way of saying you feel more pot holes than usual) so I am thinking of only around 30mm but hopefully with your picutres I might cahnge my mind

I have been looking at these too if you have any advise:

all the way down on the front helpers still in.

adjusters out of the rear.

ride is awful but handles like its on rails

looking at changing the wheels for 17s getting the helpers out of the front and custom rear springs for more lows. there plenty if give in the shocks

too low for me. never looks right when the wheel is up inside the arch like that, looks best the arch follows the line of the wheel. 18's seem best for that.
imo obviously.

Drop on apex springs. Very noticeable at the front but not so much at the rear . Happy with the results tho :)

Not the lowest thing in the world, but looks alot better then stock and drives alot better also. Just could do with some spacers.

mine is on apex 35mm springs, sit perfect in my opinion, and the ride us acceptable until you get big speed bumps then it goes a bit crashy lol

Well a bog standard FR SC with 17 inch 40 profile tyres look like this on the sides...

Consensus that it's not actually lowered compared to non-FR models and that actually the Ecomotive is lower than FR.
