Strange wind road rash swirl

Hi guys

Wahsed my car today and noted a new set of scratches as per attachment and on my boot.

Any idea what these are ? Grit, salt? And how I would get rid other than respray?

Looks like paint cracking, someone maybe hit your car lightly, like in a car park or something.

As above, the paints been stressed and cracked. The only way to fix would be to get it sprayed.
