I would say no, but your luck might vary based on the seats (and the age of your children).
Best you can realistically manage is two at the back and one at the front on the passenger side.
You will need to wedge your wife between the two childseats at the back.
PS. I have three myself (1, 6 and 8 year old)

Not a chance with group 0 or group 1 car seats, the side bolsters mean that the middle space cannot fit the third seat. It was a squeeze just to get the armrest down between the two forward facing group 1s!
There's a bit more space now that the eldest has moved onto the graco group 2 which eventually becomes a booster.

As above, couldn’t fit 3 x booster seats across the back of my Octavia, and the rear bench seat on the Leon ST is narrower still.

They will fit 3 but it depends on the seats, what i have seen is someone who has a 7yr and 4yr old and a new born his seats fitted but it was tight, he mentioned getting Diono Radian seats which I'm guessing are these ones https://uk.diono.com/product/radian-5/
