New recall - handbrake

Just in my Seat dealer for my Ibiza’s first service, and it turns out there’s a new recall for the handbrake adjuster nut.

I’d been hanging off on the seatbelt recall until the first service - but haven’t received anything about the new recall. Although it looks like it’s only started three weeks ago.

Anyway, just a heads up to anyone going in for a service soon, worth getting done if you can!

Does this mean cars built after this date are fixed and all OK ? Looks like it runs for cars up to November 2018

Should do, or VW Group will get a good hammering again for telling lies to DVLC

There is recall for Polo as well same thing on website

No letter, but I was told about it and it was fixed a couple of weeks ago when they did the rear seatbelt.
