Saving Multi Media / Radio Settings

Hi Guys,

I have a 115 hp Med Blue Xcellence Ibiza and I've tried playing around with some of the settings on the radio, such as the 10 second display on and for some reason every time the car switches off, it loses these settings?

Is that normal? Do I need to press something to save it?

is this the stock radio or aftermarket? if its an aftermarket unit it sounds like its not wired properly

Mine does the same thing. Fyi: It’s the stock unit.
But actually the back lights are still on so you get a grey screen in deep darkness.

Stock unit too yeah Not planning on changing it as it's quite an impressive system. But yeah a tad disappointed that the settings won't save

Im getting that too when trying to save turn on volume on radio or media. Change it and no way to save it.
