Looking for recommendations for lowering

I have the 2013 Ibiza fr 1.6 TDI and I'm looking for some recommendations for what to use to lower it. If anyone has done it knowing how low you can go with it still being practical would be nice.

Hey, I went for Eibach pro springs. They provide a 25/25 drop and the ride is just a bit stiffer.
