Does your screen not look like this when you go to write something? Just click the photos file box and then select from your gallery

Yes there is a limit (something around 1 meg) so just open it up in photo edit tool and save as JPEG and change quality to reduce size.

If you are a mac User then use ColorSynchUtility.app.

Or save it on an external site and link to it.

I owe you one for sharing this! Ordered at the weekend and arrived from Germany today. Fitted and it makes the dash look much smarter, I think it makes the colours of the screen more vivid. Should come with a glossy screen as standard like the new Ibiza, Ateca etc.

Do you get the sun reflecting off it, in a bad way?

Unfortunately it’s been raining ever since I fitted it but I haven’t noticed any issues so far. I guess it’s no different to other cars which have glossy screens. Think it will be fine, the only thing the sun reflects off is the bloody Seat badge on the steering wheel, right into my eyes at times!

Finally got around to sorting out the lower front grille and add sensor. Bought the various bits required, including the lower grille and started attempting to fit.

The grille was a pain to remove, due to the position of the fastening clips i decided to take a hacksaw to the inner part to expose the clips so I could get round and take it out without damaging the bumper.

Eventually got it out, gave it a superficial wipe and re-fitted the acc sensor with new bits.

After plugging it back in, and a fault
Code reset courtesy of Carista acc and stop/start we’re reporting normal once again.

Putting the new grille on was, thankfully, considerably easier than taking it off. Hopefully it’ll be a while before it needs to come off again

Is this a retrofit of the sensor for detecting distance for adaptive cruise control?

Can this be added to a 2014 Cupra 280?

It’s not a retrofit, my car came with it, but I took it out after hitting a pheasant.

It’s probably possible to retrofit, but wouldn’t come cheap. The sensors themselves are hundreds of pounds, and it’s around £400 to calibrate the sensor once fitted. With any new sensor There may be additional software requirements and cabling added too.
