Badger 5 tip HELP!

Hey iv bought the badger 5 V3 80mm TIP (K04_02x) my for cupra r, taking my old silicone pipe off and it's got a metal sleeve from the pipe to the turbo, how does this come off the turbo!? Its lose but doesnt come off? Help help help hahaha

I didnt think the K04 had a sleeve on it - well doesn't on my BAM 225, otherwise I think its held on with a little grub screw.

So that looks like it might be a 4mm allen key , if the allen key isnt fitting you maybe looking at screw being damaged (sleeve should not be loose) , you may need a screw extractor to remove it .

I managed to fit it! After alot of swearing Haha! It just needs trimming a wee bit to fit the induction kit better and the heatshield from the induction kit to be bolted down!

The V2 TIP uses the alloy connector with grub screws.
The V3 TIP is completely silicone and clamps directly onto the turbo.
