How many miles do you get on a full tank?

I only get around that too from my 1.4 ACT, and that's if I drive like Miss Daisy, seems low to me too.

If I didn’t enjoy putting my foot down id would buy a tank and drive “conservatively” but that’s unrealistic for me. Plus I do not have the act version...and it’s remapped hence the heavy foot.

I average around 17mpg per tank, I usually do city driving as i hardly ever touch motorways

Sounds very low to me. I could get that if I tried, but if I'm just driving normally in town I get 25-30mpg. Overall average is probably in the region of 33mpg.

As a former rx8 owner who averaged 12-15mpg regardless of driving styles and speeds, i would have been so envious of anyone complaining about averaging 20mpg around town in a cupra with 290-300bhp

Just checked my logs and I've averaged 514km (320 miles) with a low of 437km (272 miles) and a high of 625km (388 miles). I always use 98RON fuel.

It's worth noting that my driving is mainly around town and motorways. I also rarely let it run empty so my fill-ups have usually been with around 5-10 liters left in the tank.

Long term average 50mpg in my 64 reg 184. Recently did a couple of gentle (under 60mph-ish) motorway stints, totalling just under 700 miles, without running on empty at the end.

Cupra 300 DSG - I have a long term of 27.2 as I work from home and do very short journeys (school runs/footy training and golf) but did see 41MPG on a journey to Solihull for a work meeting the other day doing 70mph all the way in Individual (all Comfort/Normal except steering in Cupra) which I was well impressed with.
probably around 260-280 average for tank under my normal daily driving.

I got just over 350miles from my first tank full of Momentum99 in a 19 plate Cupra 290 DSG. The trip computer is currently showing an average of 34odd mpg, but half of that was the delivery driver who managed to get over 42mpg on the drive up from York. I suspect when I'm not hammering it I'll get around 30mpg, as I tend to do pretty short journeys too.

Delivery drivers tend to know how to do amazing Mpg, mine delivered my 1.0TSI with 57mpg over 180 miles. in winter..on a brand new engine...I managed a 200 mile trip with 57mpg too but it was in summer, and engine had 8k miles already by then.

But since we are talking about range, previous Leon 2.0TDI SE DSG, city and mixed driving gets me in the region of 450 miles. On only highway runs, gets me around just under the 600 mile mark before the warning comes on.

Im averaging around 300 miles on my 19 290 if I fight the urge to bang it into sport mode on the windy roads to work and use eco in individual I can get high 30s and about 350-370 no bother.
