Don't know much about them to be honest.

Looking or some advise on which are best for the money, explanations on the benefits and what can be done with them.

I know a little bit about them but would like some more info so i can really get my head around them :)

Thanks

Have a look at Maxxecu, they have nice set of different stuff, and is somewhat easy to begin with. I have one in my 2002 1.8t AUQ Leon. Enables lot of motorsport stuff like ALS, launch control, rolling launch etc things to make the hobby more ”motorsport”
www.maxxecu.com

Installation is quite simple, a bit of stuffing there though.. for this car I recommend the waterproof version MaxxECU RACE H2O, as the ecu is located under windshield in the wiper motor compartment.
