I would also say if we are doing this again there was another hotel next to the pub so we do have some choice and if we get numbers up front we may be able to ask for a discount this time.

Just checked out the hotel we staid at last time and its £45-00 for the night.

I will give them a ring and see if there is anything they can do (yes cheeky I know) on the price.

Should be able to get the Sunday off work again. Originally read It as the meet was on Saturday and got pretty excited... Whoops. I'll update soon enough if I can so could book the hotel.
