They've been fine, fairly standard for a lease company from what ive experienced. Most lease companies that arent the direct manufacturer leasers are just introducers really, and are very dependant on the dealers and finance companies also having their act together.
They are a bit more vague on dates and the general process, but they are usually quite a bit cheaper than direct manufacturer leasing.
