1. What is the average fuel confumption per tank?

2. What is the fuel consumption when doing 140kmh highway?

I have a 22 mile each way daily commute which is mostly A road, and normally get around 36mpg on that in Individual Eco mode.
Then a few miles a day of B roads in Cupra mode which brings the average down

Compared to my previous S4 Avant its an amazingly economical car!

I have had mine for 9 months and have been logging it in an app.
My average over 7400 miles in that time is 27.3mpg. The worst from a tank was 22.7mpg and the best 33.5mpg.
The best was on a long motorway trip averaging about 80mph. My normal driving is A and B roads which is why the average is low. I also have a heavy right foot which doesn't help..

I do about 16 miles each way on 90% motorway. If I keep it around 100kph/62mph in eco individual then I average about 38mpg, it regularly peeks to 42mpg but that's cause I'm rolling a lot, eco really can help if used correctly (i.e, used to maintain momentum and avoid braking when safe/possible) :)

Long term average is 32mpg, my work commute coupled with some B road fun.

Edit: To the OPs question about 140kph - I find mpg suffers the more you go over 100kph, if I stay at 120kph then I'll see low 30's instead of high 30's

I can beat that:
the other day I had 40 l/ 100km

did 1.4 miles in 55 min ( crazy stationary traffic stop-no-start traffic )

So the average is about 11-12l/100km ?

My current car is 2.0TDI 150ps and the average per tank is 7l/100km

I am not sure if I will be able to handle such difference, although I dont do more than 20000km per year.

I drove to Germany from London and back the weekend, 1000 miles, avg speed 100km/h , consumption was 8l/100km. Not bad, but i have Fwd cupra, i did not try to save fuel, floored it when possible, not that many times i was hoping for, very busy traffic all the way.

ST300 4Drive, GPF + DSG7

So generally mixed driving - city driving + some highway at 130kph I average around 560km to 600km per tank or I think around 9L/100km to 10L/100km.

HOWEVER, one time I had driven it in Eco mode for most of the time and I never took it faster than 115-120kph - and I got 710km on that tank. Meaning about 7.8L/100km so I was pretty happy with that.
